Wills and Estate Planning

Your family is too important to entrust their future to a $30.00 Will Kit. We will help you prepare a legal Will that is properly executed and witnessed. We will discuss the importance of appointing appropriate executors and guardians for your children. Our Wills include useful administrative clauses, and properly drafted trusts for minor children.

As further protection for your family, we also recommend that you prepare a Power of Attorney and Personal Directive. It is important that you plan who will take care of your property and personal affairs if you are ever incapacitated.

If you have not made a Power of Attorney or Personal Directive, your family will have to apply to court to become your Trustee and Guardian, if you are ever incapacitated.

Probate is the process where the court recognizes the authority of an executor. Probate assures certain third parties that your will is valid, and facilitates the distribution of estate assets. We will discuss with you if probate is necessary in your case. We have successfully made many probate applications, and are familiar with all court forms and procedures
