After law school, Peter articled in Vancouver, British Columbia. His first role as a lawyer was in Penticton, British Columbia, where Peter had an excellent opportunity to practice many areas of law in a small-town environment, including family law trial lawyer and acting as a Federal Crown Prosecutor agent. Peter returned to Calgary in 1998. A proud father of two children, he personally understands the issues that concern most families in their journey through life. His goal is to make his clients feel that their present and future needs are protected. He believes in solving disputes amicably whenever possible, and is an advocate of mediation and collaborative law. Peter is an avid music collector, and is learning to play the guitar. He is a supporter of the Calgary Flames and Stampeders. Peter grew up in Calgary and developed a deep appreciation for the great outdoors in Southern Alberta. He enjoys skiing, camping, trail-riding, mountain biking and fly-fishing in the Rockies. Peter G. Robinson, B.A. (Hons.), LL.B., is an independent practitioner in the areas of Real Estate, Wills, Corporate Law, and Probate/Dependent Adult applications. Peter received a Bachelor of Arts (Honors Political Science) at the University of Western Ontario in 1989, and an LL.B. at the University of British Columbia in 1992. Originally from Calgary, Peter practiced law in British Columbia before returning to Calgary where he was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1998. |
